For nearly twenty-two years, Attorney James M. Sears has practiced law on the North Shore and Metropolitan Boston areas focusing on Tax Law, Real Estate Conveyancing and Development, Estate and Medicaid Planning.

For 17 years, Jim practiced law with his father, John E. Sears, under the title of "Sears and Sears, Attorneys-at-Law", until his father's passing in 2005.

Attorney Sears holds a Masters of Law degree in Taxation from Boston University Law School Graduate Tax Program and provides Federal and State Income Tax Planning and Personal and Business Income Tax return preparation.
